Julia Luyster is licensed in Florida and New York and is a member of the United States Supreme Court.  Her experience includes business litigation, complex commercial litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi,  Florida and New York as well as employment discrimination cases in state and federal court in Florida and Georgia, multi-state insurance coverage disputes, construction defects in commercial and residential properties in Florida and California.  Her experience in family law matters include high conflict and high net worth divorce, custody disputes, dissolution of domestic partnerships, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial preparation, post judgment enforcement and modification.  She has represented juveniles in court pro bono.  She represents clients in all Florida appellate courts and the Florida Supreme Court.   She often represents clients with competing lawsuits or legal issues in both Florida and New York.  Her devotion to high conflict and intercontinental high end divorce cases with child custody issues is consistent with her passion for the rights of children.  Her volunteer work in India to rescue children from brothels made her a staunch abolitionist of child trafficking and all forms of child abuse including parental alienation.  Her textbook titled a Father's Right to Custody summarizes the laws of each state in the United States that are designed to protect children from parental alienation, or litigation abuse, from one or both parents during a high conflict divorce.  She has developed a network of reliable  experts and consultants to assist in the efficient resolution of your legal dispute.

Julia prides herself on her ability to successfully meet the needs of her clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
